About Jonathan Kelly

Jonathan Kelly, founder and managing broker of +ONE, brings over two decades of experience in real estate investment, development, and brokerage. With academic training in urban planning (UC San Diego), architecture (New School of Architecture), and social psychology (Penn State University), Jonathan combines technical knowledge with a nuanced understanding of people and place. This unique perspective allows him to guide clients through transactions with both precision and empathy.

A Philadelphia native now rooted in San Francisco’s Lower Pacific Heights, Jonathan is also a proud father of two young sons. Together, they can often be found exploring the outdoors—whether on the beach, hiking trails, or simply enjoying their neighborhood from the front stoop of their Victorian home.

Driven by a lifelong passion for cities and culture, Jonathan has traveled the world extensively, gaining inspiration from the intersections of travel, urban life, and the built environment. This global perspective continues to inform his work, enriching the client experience and reinforcing +ONE’s commitment to building not just homes, but community.
